The advantage today….google SketchUP is easy-to-learn, free 3D-modeling program with simple tools. This application is a great way to discover if 3D modeling is right for you especially for newbies.This is a great program for learning the basics of 3D. SketchUp offers a suite of powerful drawing tools that let you play with new designs and experiment and then create 3D models of home additions, houses, sheds, woodworking projects, decks, and even space ships or what ever field you involved!!!1. Google SketchUp is software that you can use to create, share and present 3D models. Whether you want to design a new deck for your house, build models for Google Earth, or teach geometry to your fifth-graders, you can use SketchUp to see your ideas in 3D. And when you’re done, you can export an image, make a movie or print out a view of what you made.There are actually a number of methods to build models and they're all covered by an excellent tutorial when you get started. Normally many users are impressed with the built-in help. When your model is finished, you can save and print it, or you can even see it on a real map in Google Earth. This program makes it a breeze to draw 3D models quickly :)

One of the great software was blender. Blender is open-source 3D rendering program that puts the power of the medium back into the hands of the artist. In my opinion this software comes with powerful sub division polygon modeling and sculpting tools, built in node compositor, bullet physics, particle simulations, video editor and a game engine! The interface also, though loaded with complicated tools, is remarkable for neither obscuring nor interfering with the image being worked on. Maybe the program is a little complicated for beginners, but once user learned all the features he opens the doors on endless creative possibilities.
The good news if you've ever thought about making professional-quality animations you're on a right way. Since it's open source, many scripts can be easily found for download in the user forums. Blender supports for around two dozen 2D and 3D file formats. Frankly, Blender is not for the faint of heart. Learning to use it is time-consuming and best done by following the detailed tutorials available on the Blender Web site. However, none of these detracts from the overall experience or usefulness of the program, and I strongly recommend it for advanced users. By investing the time and effort to learn it, you will be rewarded with very fast modeling work flows. It's extremely versatile 3D Graphics application. When some artists first used Blender, it was very frustrating because you expect certain functions to work in the same way like the previous commercial 3D applications you are familiar with. This program can easily compete with Maya CInema4D and other expensive 3D programs, but Blender is free. I recommend it for anyone who is serious about art and is on a limited budget. If you can't figure it out at first, don't give up... Once you learn the hotkeys and such, it becomes second nature and you can draw high-poly meshes in minutes. 3D Canvas. Many complex models can be constructed from simple 3D primitives or created using 3D Canvas's object-building tools. I'd recommend interesting tool for use in games and simulations: AC3D. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced designer, with a need to create imaginary or technically realistic designs, AC3D provides you with versatility, functionality and ease-of-use.

The other program was WireFusion Professional. This software was created rather for businessmen. It's enough expensive. The program is designed to produce Web presentations of the highest quality - and it does. WireFusion Professional includes impressive capabilities for beginners but offers truly amazing potential to users with graphics and programming skills. I can continue, but I guess you have enough offers to choose from. WireFusion® is a powerful technology that allows for quick creation of interactive 3D presentations for the internet.
WireFusion is also typically used by designers, programmers, architects and product companies, and mostly for internet marketing and e-commerce, creating 3D configurators, visualizing product design and architectural design. ZModeler (or Zanoza Modeler) is a 3D modeling application developed by Oleg Melashenko. It is aimed at modelers who model for computer games. ZModeler is capable of complex modeling, even though it does not support important modeling functions such as extruding, or beveling.
